EMCO   is proud to be delivering the White Gum Valley development as part of a   significant Social and Affordable Housing (S&AH) program across   Metropolitan Western Australia, supporting both State and Commonwealth   Government initiatives to address the growing demand for housing. This   program responds directly to the increasing pressure on public housing, where   demand continues to outpace traditional delivery methods. Through this   initiative, the State is partnering with the Commonwealth Government and the   community housing sector to accelerate the supply of much-needed housing.


Key   Features & Innovations:

  • Housing   Delivery – 24 apartments, comprising 19 affordable and 5 social homes, across   3 storeys.

  • Government   Funding – Supported by the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) alongside   significant State Government investment.

  • CHP   Partnership – Delivered for a Community Housing Provider, who will own and   manage the completed build-to-rent asset.

  • Transport   Connectivity – Located near the Freemantle METRONET Station.

  • Program   Structure – One of a portfolio of 6 developments delivered by EMCO under this   program.

  • ECI   Delivery Model – EMCO engaged as ECI Contractor, responsible for progressing   the project from its current stage through design, approvals, procurement and   delivery.

  • FSC   Compliance – Delivered in accordance with Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC)   requirements, ensuring strong safety and governance standards.

  • Funding Model – DevelopmentWA funds the project through to practical completion, supporting efficient and risk-managed delivery.
