Ursula Frayne Catholic College - Stage 12

This project delivered striking new additions to the college completed in four separable portions in a live school environment and involving:

• New two-storey science and year 7 block, including stairs and lift, and link to an existing building

• Demolition of an existing block and refurbishment work

• Landscaping

The completed works provide the school with enhanced specialised facilities and use of the roof space as passive recreation, education and performance areas.

EMCO Building had earlier delivered a two-storey manual arts and home economics wing and canteen refurbishment (Stage 10).

The project was completed on time and to budget.
