Located in Cottesloe's central commercial area, at the junction of Stirling Highway and Station Street, the Station Street project developed a vacant prime parcel of land into a boutique commercial office property, which included:


  • 11 commercial office tenancies

  • Car parking across two levels with end of trip facilities


Faced with a complex site footprint and accessibility constraints from all directions, EMCO collaborated seamlessly with the client to maximize the building coverage. Through strategic planning and innovative design, two levels of carparking was incorporated to effectively utilize the site layout, optimizing the commercial functionality of the development.


By leveraging Cottesloe’s iconic landscape and embracing the suburbs relaxed beach-side lifestyle, the building design includes thoughtful material selection that seamlessly integrates with the surroundings. 


The incorporation of decorative metal screening and pre-cast panel walls adorned with custom artwork enhances the street frontage and softens the public carpark, creating a visually striking presence for the commercial property and surrounds.
