St John WA Office Building

EMCO Building is in the final stages of constructing the new St John WA office building in Belmont, having first been engaged through an early contractor involvement process to test feasibility and design options with the client.

The building brings St John WA’s administrative, education and training functions onto one site, and we are delivering it as a design and construct contract inclusive of the integrated fit out. Facilities include paramedic and first aid training spaces, administrative offices, café and dining areas, and a large car park with ACROD and EV charging bays.

For a not-for-profit organisation this is a significant investment in long-term capacity to serve the Western Australian community. With handover approaching, we are working through commissioning and the integrated fit out alongside St John WA’s own transition planning.
