Perth Cultural Centre

We are thrilled to see the WA Government’s commitment to revitalising the Perth Cultural Centre, a pivotal cultural hub for our community. 

EMCO Building is excited to be engaged as the builder for this project and bring the transformation to life. As Premier Roger Cook stated, "This redevelopment is a key component in delivering a vibrant cultural precinct to attract people back into the city, to create new and exciting experiences." 

Hon. David Templeman added, "The rejuvenation of the Perth Cultural Centre will ensure it remains an inviting and inclusive place where everyone can experience the unique culture of Western Australia." 

The Perth Cultural Centre Rejuvenation project aims to address the lack of accessibility, connectivity, amenity and  attractions in the precinct by making better use of the current underutilised sites as well as enhancing Aboriginal culture and the arts.

The project will revitalise the precinct with extensive landscaping, new gathering areas, and enhanced pedestrian links. Key upgrades include improved event spaces, modernised facilities, and innovative water features, ensuring the PCC becomes a vibrant and inclusive destination for the community.
