One Richardson Apartments

EMCO Building delivered One Richardson, a 65-apartment tower and A-grade office building in the Perth Zoo precinct at South Perth, for Devwest Group.

The project had stalled for years on feasibility. Engaged to provide design and construct expertise, we found the savings that let the client proceed: the car park was redesigned to remove the stackers and reduce the basement, services were rationalised, and alternative foundations replaced reliance on the degraded existing structure — taking cost and risk out of the job at the same time.

Completed in 2024, the development comprises 65 apartments over 13 floors including a two-level mezzanine apartment, approximately 6,000m² of A-grade office space with expansive river views, and a street-level café
