Currently under construction, Olive St is part of the exciting revitalisation of Subiaco. Offering a mix of modern apartments, commercial spaces and retail amenity, Olive St enjoys a highly connected location at the intersection of Hay and Olive Streets.

To reinvigorate the stagnate project, EMCO Building was engaged through the ECI process to offer design solutions that would assist with project feasibility.
