EMCO   is proud to be delivering the Midland development as part of a significant   Social and Affordable Housing (S&AH) program across Metropolitan Western   Australia, supporting both State and Commonwealth Government initiatives to   address the growing demand for housing. This program responds directly to the   increasing pressure on public housing, where demand continues to outpace   traditional delivery methods. Through this initiative, the State is   partnering with the Commonwealth Government and the community housing sector   to accelerate the supply of much-needed housing.

  • Government   Funding – Supported by the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) alongside   significant State Government investment.

  • CHP   Partnership – Delivered for a Community Housing Provider, who will own and   manage the completed build-to-rent asset.

  • Transport   Connectivity – Located near the Midland METRONET Station.

  • Program   Structure – One of a portfolio of 6 developments delivered by EMCO under this   program.

  • ECI   Delivery Model – EMCO engaged as ECI Contractor, responsible for progressing   the project from its current stage through design, approvals, procurement and   delivery.
