Construction of new learning block for year 2 and 3 at the Mater Christi Catholic Primary School.

Works include 6 classrooms, support rooms, music practice, toilets, multi purpose area, large undercover area, maintenance shed, landscaped area and new carparks.

• Insulated double brick – face bricks and rendered walls

• Louvre windows + stainless steel security screens

• Timber lined learning pods

• Modular classrooms including timber veneer acoustic sliding doors

• New retaining walls

• New large maintenance shed for school maintenance personnel

• Upgraded carpark and street lighting
