Mandurah TAFE New Hospitality Training Centre

EMCO Building were engaged to enhance and expand the training facilities at the Mandurah campus of South Metropolitan TAFE. The scope of works included:

• New training facilities for the schools of hospitality, hair and beauty inclusive of hard and soft landscaping car parking and associated services.

• Linking the new facilities with existing buildings.

• Site preparation including earthworks, tree removal and fauna inspections.

• Temporary works to maintain air conditioning of occupied rooms for the duration of construction.

• Kitchen and bar fitout in the existing block A block.

• Gas upgrade works

As the project was delivered in a live environment, EMCO Building worked closely with campus administrators to minimise disruption to and impact on students and staff.
