Kiara College additions & improvements

Undertaken in a live school environment to enhance the college's specialist basketball and performing arts programs, works included:

• New state-of-the-art performing arts centre

• Covered outdoor playing courts to enhance the college's specialist basketball program

• Major refurbishment of the medical centre

• Minor refurbishment of the food technologies, health education and administration blocks

• Improved acoustics to the existing music rooms

• Site services upgrades

• Parking for 23 vehicles

• Soft and hard landscaping

In developing the five-stage program, EMCO Building worked closely with the school to understand and minimise impacts on 

school operations.
