John Septimus Roe Anglican College

The redevelopment of the 30-year-old Mirrabooka campus required construction of new modern purpose-built facilities and enhanced learning spaces to expand the current school facilities.

The project scope of works included:

• New two-storey building for years 9-10, including the demolition of an existing building and partial demolition of an adjacent block.

• New two-storey early learning centre with undercroft maintenance workshop.

• New car parking, maintenance compound and modifications to the existing ‘kiss and drive’ drop-off area.

• Alterations and additions to the existing pre-primary building.

• Alterations and additions to the existing primary school Year 1 general learning areas including new therapy suites, staff room and support offices.
