Incontro Apartments

EMCO Building is on site at Incontro, a 110-apartment development in Subiaco for Cedar Woods, comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments and town homes.

Engaged first through early contractor involvement and now delivering under a design and construct contract, we worked with Cedar Woods and DKO Architecture through design to improve constructability and project viability before works commenced.

The development targets 7.5-star NatHERS energy efficiency and incorporates solar power, water-saving fixtures and EV charging, with flexible layouts, communal spaces and green links between the apartments and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Scope highlights:

• Feasibility and Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders to refine designs and optimise project viability.
