Harbour Apartments

EMCO Building has been awarded the construction of Harbour, a beachfront apartment development on Delos Way, Sorrento, for Locus Property.

Designed by Hillam Architects and cut into a sloping coastal site, the building comprises two basement levels and ground floor plus six levels above, delivering 83 apartments with floor-to-ceiling glazing to the ocean and refined shared amenity, landscaping and external works.

Construction is a post-tensioned concrete frame with CFA piling to the basements, and the building is designed to 4 Star Green Star equivalency. We are working with Locus Property and the design team through pre-construction to confirm methodology and program ahead of works commencing on site.
