The project scope involved design, documentation and construction of a 5,000sqm facility, including:

• 2,500sqm warehouse designed to accommodate large truck deliveries, including mechanical loading dock

• External storage yard for refrigerated shipping containers, requiring detailed design planning to meet international power requirements and facilitate truck access/turning

• Adjoining single-storey office space of approx. 350sqm

• Ancillary covered areas, landscaping, pavements, site boundary and parking

EMCO Building redesigned the warehouse to reduce

the number of internal columns to provide the client with

greater flexibility and better utilisation of floor space.
