Epiroc Office & Warehouse

The project scope involved design, documentation and subsequent construction of a 15,000sqm facility, including:

• Major earthworks and ground preparation of the site

• Warehouse of approx. 5,000sqm involving fibre-reinforced ground slab to enable installation of racking

• Adjoining single-storey office space of approx. 170sqm, including office fitout of offices and meeting rooms

• Supply and install an electrical substation, fire sprinkler tanks, and pump housing facilities with connection to all services

• Aprons, pavements, parking, landscaping, and site boundaries

EMCO Building redesigned the warehouse to reduce

the number of internal spine columns to create a

larger open space and provide the client with greater

flexibility and better utilisation of floor space.
