Dianella Secondary College

EMCO recently completed the upgrade of the performing arts facilities, that were delivered in an operating environment in three separable portions:

• Separable Portion 1: additions and alterations to the existing drama studio to convert into new 

• dance studio 

• Separable Portion 2: fire services upgrade; new fire tanks and pump room, storz connection, hardstand, and hydrant modifications 

• Separable Portion 3: new performing arts centre, plant and bin enclosures, and landscaping works including upgraded access road and circulation paths

EMCO Building worked closely with the college to minimise the impact of project works on students, staff and other stakeholders.
