BP Oil Refinery Central Control Room

The new central control building was built adjacent to the existing facility, which remained operational during construction to avoid disrupting refinery operations. 

The project involved:

• Single-storey concrete structure extension

• Large volume of concrete pours for the raft and roof

• Interlocking precast panel walls with structural steel bracing

• Services infrastructure ready to receive fitout

• Connection to the external sewer services system

• External paving and access enablement works

• Internal fitout of stud wall/glazed partitioning, suspension acoustic tile ceilings

• Reticulation of services to suit fitout requirements

• Fire-rated ceilings to critical defined areas

• Services fitout and commissioning
