Airport West Office Building

EMCO Building has completed the Airport West Office Building for Perth Airport, delivered under a design and construct contract.

Built on a 7,634m² site on Dunreath Drive, formerly part of Long-Term Carpark A, the building carries two elevated office floors over secure undercover parking, with at-grade parking front and rear including EV bays, bicycle parking and end-of-trip facilities.

A glazed façade with feature shade screening manages acoustic and thermal comfort. Both floor plates were left open plan around a central lift and stair core, with amenities and services grouped so incoming tenants can fit out to their own requirements. Staff amenity includes a north-facing recreation space and alfresco area, and the site is finished with waterwise landscaping of trees and vegetation.
