New Aged Care Development

The St Vincent’s Aged Care Development is a new $28 million dollar, 86 bed, 2-storey residential care facility located by the swan river in the Perth suburb of Guildford.

EMCO Building’s scope of works began in March 2018 commencing with the demolition of the existing buildings and the removal of all existing asbestos.

Construction of the project, designed by Peter Hunt Architects, included the new multi-level care facility along with associated earthworks, landscaping, footpaths, and new car parking. The project also incorporated the refurbishment of the existing Community Centre and Heritage listed buildings including a rare intact freestanding store and cellar, dating back to 1837.

The new and refurbished buildings provide a range of first-class facilities including physiotherapy, podiatry, GP, and pastoral care.
