Earthworks and ground preparation of the site. Supply and install an electrical substation, switchboard, power meter and provisions for 3-phase GPO pillars and Fire Sprinkler Tanks and Pump Housing facilities and connection to all services. Aprons, pavements, parking facilities, landscaping and site boundary requirements.
