The club rooms and office facilities consist of home and away change rooms and wash room facilities, public toilet facilities, grandstand seating, Claremont Football club offices & function rooms, 4 separate office tenancies, and a gymnasium.
In addition to the above EMCO Building carried out external works to the Davies Road streetscape, southern public open space and oval all as part of Landcorp’s Claremont On The Park development.
