EMCO Building continues to move ahead on the construction of the 2500m2 Office and Warehouse for end user Geodis Wilson Australia at Perth Airport.
The forming and pouring of the concrete tilt panels is complete and they are currently being erected with structural steel commencing this week. Wall and roof cladding will follow shortly with the fire pump and tanks installation preparations well underway.
In ground services such as civil drainage, fire and water ring mains are all complete. Siteworks continues on the loading dock area, carparks and hardstand areas to accommodate large freight vehicles expected by the end user Geodis. Connections to services water, sewer and power on Perth Airport land is underway.
Works to landscaping, external lighting, perimeter security gates and fencing is being co-ordinated in anticipation to commence once warehouse is nearing completion.
