The excavation of large deposits of limestone is nearing completion at our Glyde St Apartments project – much to the relief of our project delivery team. This has meant we have been able progress the installation of the storm water system, pad and strip footings to the basement and erection of the first of the AFS walls and columns. Even so the removal of soil continues unabated with multiple semi-trailers full leaving site every day.
For those of you that travel along Stirling Highway past Mosman Park you will no doubt have seen our tower crane on the sky line – and hopefully you haven’t missed the EMCO sign on the jib.
Whilst access and traffic management are a challenge for a site like this EMCO’s commitment to creating strong relationships with neighbours and the local community has ensured that the works are causing minimal inconvenience.
