Treehouse Apartments Progress

31 Mar 2020

Last month, the team at the Treehouse Apartments Project reached another major milestone with the pouring of the first section of ground floor transfer slab. This is a very exciting milestone because it means that the substructure works are completed and the superstructure works can now proceed in earnest.

The ground floor transfer slab incorporates the communal 11-meter outdoor heated swimming pool with adjacent sun deck lounging area surrounded by lush gardens. This is a main focal point of the development.
Most of our skilled trades are now engaged for this project and we are excited by the calibre of work produced thus far. We look forward to the showing off the high-quality level of finish that will be delivered on this project.

EMCO Building’s standard practise of holding regular co-ordination and review meetings ensures that the construction process is running smoothly and efficiently. With the recent COVID-19 outbreak, recently implemented changes (to safeguard everyone involved) greatly effects how we meet and coordinate our projects. We are successfully managing this change through sensible, measured OSH procedures, in line with the latest health and governmental advice, and with a respectful understanding of each other’s needs.
