22 Jun 2020

Construction has really hit the ground running with five (5) buildings nearing completion. All structural steel works have been finalised whilst the projects internal and external brickwork is also nearing completion. As the classroom roofs are being installed, services and finishing trades are following structural works tirelessly to maintain progression throughout the project. With only two (2) remaining building slabs to be poured, EMCO are tracking really extremely well on the projects programmed works.

The new primary school’s external works are also progressing as scheduled, with large tiered limestone retaining walls built and backfilled to support the remaining two (2) building pads. EMCO Building have now commenced the importation of the final 5,000 cubic meters of fill to bring the pads up to finalised levels. Paving and landscaping works will also begin take shape on all accessible areas.
