EMCO Building has commenced on site the construction of the 5000m2 Office and Warehouse for end user Epiroc Australia.
Site clearance is complete with some 2100m3 of soil tested and removed from site and all in ground
services including civil drainage, fire and water ring mains are well underway.
The prelays to the office including electrical, water and fire are complete with concrete footing under way including the installation of the Holding Down bolts for the structural steel which in turn will see the concrete panels installed and connected to steel structure.
In addition to the structure there are significant external works including fire pumps and tanks, extensive hardstand for large freight vehicles, car parking, landscaping, external lighting, perimeter security gates and fencing.
