Coles Supermarkets
Over the years EMCO has carried out numerous major Coles refurbishments with recent projects including Park Centre Mandurah and most recently Joondalup and Wanneroo.
These major refurbishments are complex in nature as much of the work takes place within the selling areas. As a consequence, the work must take place outside trading hours, usually at night or on Sundays. The stores need to be returned to a trading state at the end of each work period to ensure minimal disruption to the shop.

Red Dot Store, Bullcreek Shopping Centre
The conversion of a Garden Centre into a Red Dot store.
The works had to be carried out with a very tight budget and timeframe to minimise disruption to the Shopping Centre. Works involved a full refit, new concrete floor, facade treatments and access routes.

Action Supermarket, Mirrabooka
A major conversion of a clothes store to a new Action Supermarket. The site was adjacent to the main food court and involved extensive works to the Mall area and shop floor. This meant, the conversion needed to be carried out within a very short timeframe.
Close control of deliveries, noise and dust was of key importance to enable the centre to maintain normal operations.

Gateway Shopping Centre
This was a major development at Gateway Shopping Centre to construct 9 large showrooms in tilt-up concrete panels. As the showrooms front onto the main road the façade was highly complex in order to create an image suited to this high profile shopping centre.
Particular attention has been given to lighting and signage as the site is visible from the freeway.
