Newcastle Street Apartments

Located in the heart of Northbridge, this multiuse development is comprised of 22 single bedroom apartments and 8 commercial units. The use modernly clean lines give the effect and feeling of openness and space whilst only being a stones throw from the busy Perth CBD.

Roydhouse Street Apartments

This mixed residential and commercial development is comprised of 8 luxury three bedroom spacious apartments over 3 levels. All apartments have individual Alfresco BBQ Areas and undercover parking in basement level. The complex includes a Gymnasium and Suspended Outdoor Pool and Sauna. The commercial premises are located on the ground floor which also includes an amenities area.

Dale Lodge Retirement Facility

The project involved converting 10 existing retirement village units into 5 new units through strip out, demolition and refurbishment. Existing gardens were removed to include the construction of 6 new carports and cross overs to the site. Contract duration was 12 weeks.

Minim Cove Home

Located in the Minim Cove development of Mosman Park, this luxury three level home features the benefits of a four car garage, wine cellar, internal lift and entertaining deck. The clean lines and minimalist design of this 4 bedroom home creates a floating sensation that is enhanced by the floor to ceiling glass windows that showcase its optimum river views.

Mosman Park Home

This modern and unusually designed house incorporated many high quality finishes such as aluminium Alpolic panels custom made to fit the curved exterior of the building. Extensively glazed facades captured the river views from all rooms with the open plan interior ensuring a flow through to the epansive exterior views. The flooring throughout the living areas was tiled in honed and polished granite. The above ground structure was entirely steel framed and clad externally in Alpolic panels and internally in plasterboard. The below ground secure six car garage provided access privacy for the owners and housed the mechanical equipment ensuring no intrusion to the external feature of the building lines.

Florian Mews

This project is a 4 storey apartment building (5 apartments) with a lift car and car bays on the ground floor level. The units had to be finished off to a high standard and are located in Mandurah (off the Marina). Acoustic and fire design compliance were required.

Salvado Rd Subiaco

The Salvado Road project consisted of four “Subi Centro” styled houses with security gated access to the complex and a front gate intercom to each house. The houses were of two storey design with enclosed double garages constructed of double brick and Colorbond roofing. Features styled into the external brick walls presented an interesting façade to the complex. The pedestrian entry to the complex is via a covered portico and an additional covered portico is located along the common walkway/drive to the rear two houses. Professional landscaping softened the appearance of the buildings and the driveways. Interior fitout included quality whitegoods, stone bench tops in the kitchens and bathrooms with the Master Ensuite including a spa bath.

Crawley Penthouse Apartments

This prestigious apartment block sits on the very edge of the Swan River with sweeping city and river views.

The original structure was suffering from corrosion and EMCO was asked to rectify the structural problems. These problems related to concrete corrosion. We replaced much of the top-level reinforcement and we recast the beams.

The work was carried out to a tight program with minimum disruption to the residents.

Centro Avenue, Subiaco

An EMCO in-house project for a mixed residential/commercial development comprising of 8 luxury apartments, a single office at ground floor level, and full undercover security parking for 18 cars.

Each apartment was built over two levels with a gallery at the upper level which takes advantage of the fully glazed two storey front wall.

Careful attention was paid to the balconies in order to maximise area and privacy, allowing the inside to seep outside through large bi-fold glazed doors, situated between the balcony and living area.

5 Townhouses, Rupert Street, Subiaco

Made to high quality specifications, these townhouses boast style and class. They all include central atriums which were designed to maximise the use of natural light, with the widespread use of glass and Bi Fold doors. Three of them also included extensive basement levels.
