UWA Centre for Petroleum, Fuels and Energy
As an addition to the Engineering building, this new block involved the construciton of a steel frame, composite wall and corrugated steel roof. State of the art facilities and equipment were installed to ensure quality and safety during use. Construction was completed whilst the university was open, with minimal distruption to both staff and students.

Subiaco Square Lot 3
A large commercial 3 storey project consisting of restaurant and bar on ground with alfresco and two levels of office above.The building occupies a high profile corner site in Subiaco Square facing directly onto Roberts Road. This high quality development uses extensive finishes both internally and externally.

Complete new build show room, workshops and parts department. Due to the falls over the site, the workshop wall had to be constructed as a major retaining structure. The finishes inside the showroom where high quality. EMCO carried all internal and external works to provide a finished structure.

One Steel Factory
A large purpose built steel framed production facility for One Steel. The factory is 12.6m high with an internal area of 7500m2 and an additional 7000m2 of external apron. The concrete floor was laid to very exacting tolerances made more complex by the large number of service channels and three deep equipment pits that had to be formed in the slab. In addition to the main facility a separate 240m2 office development was constructed along with associated parking and facilities.
